Hi! I'm Jean

Before starting Light Within, I worked in the Technology Industry as an IT Project Manager.  Meeting me back then, you would have thought that everything was great! Unfortunately, on the inside that was a complete lie. I was suffering from PTSD, high levels of stress, anxiety, and major weight gain. I decided it was time to get fit and healthy which turned into years of yo-yo dieting with my health continuing to decrease. I went to many doctors for an unexplained illness and spent tons of money on weight loss programs that never worked for me. I was beyond feeling sick and tired. I desperately was looking for something to heal me completely.

This is where my journey led me to get certified as a Health Coach through IIN trying to get answers for myself. Through this program, I learned the connection between the mind, body, and soul. Adding simple practices to my daily routine has made a world of difference to my lifestyle. I have found more calmness and peace, joy, and I’m finally losing weight. I started at 230 pounds and have lost 80 pounds. I am not done yet! My goal is to join the 100+ weight loss club! I have 30 pounds to go!

My personal transformation has led me to a new purpose to help others who struggle with similar issues.     It all starts by focusing to become aware of your patterns. Together, we discover what areas of wellness are not working for you and what needs support.

    Next, you’ll reflect on what may be blocking you, and learn how to overcome these obstacles.

  • REFINE

    The last step? We learn how to continually refine what we’ve learned. Think of this as your new beginning.
